Vision Statement
PEBA’s vision is that all political subdivisions will have access to cost-effective, quality healthcare and related benefits. PEBA will establish a purchasing alliance that will save the employer, employee and taxpayers money while simultaneously improving the stability of a healthy productive workforce.
PEBA offers public entities the ability to join in an innovative purchasing alliance for employee benefit products. Participation is through an Interlocal Agreement as permitted through the Interlocal Cooperation Act.
