PROPOSAL PARTICIPATION
To participate in PEBA Proposals, the employer will need to have an Active PEBA Membership, complete a Product Interest form, and pay the applicable Proposal Fee.
To purchase benefit products through the PEBA Alliance, the group will need to have an active PEBA Membership, complete a Letter of Intent and forward it to PEBA with the product specific Proposal Fee. Direct Letters of Intent and payments to PEBA at this address:
